- Open the mixtape on your phone or computer
- Click the shared link in your browser

Quick Cast (Chrome)¶
From Chrome browser:
- Right-click anywhere on page
- Select "Cast..."

Once casting, you can control from multiple places:
From the Mixtape Player:

From Lock Screen (Mobile):

Stopping Chromecast¶
To stop casting:
- Click the cast icon (📡) again
- Select "Stop casting"
- Or disconnect from device list
- Playback stops on device

- Close the browser tab
- Exit the application
- Select a different device
Troubleshooting Chromecast¶
Device Not Appearing¶
Solutions:
- Ensure same WiFi network
- Restart Chromecast device
- Restart router
- Update Google Home app
- Re-setup Chromecast
Connection Drops¶
Solutions:
- Move router closer to Chromecast
- Reduce WiFi interference
- Restart Chromecast
- Use 5GHz WiFi if available
- Update Chromecast firmware
Audio Delay or Stuttering¶

- Lower quality setting in player
- Close other streaming apps

No Sound¶

- Open mixtape in Safari (must be Safari)
- Start playing a track
- Find AirPlay controls:
Option A - From Player: - Look for AirPlay icon in player controls - Tap to see available devices
Option B - From Control Center: - Swipe down from top-right (iPhone X+) - Or swipe up from bottom (older iPhones) - Tap audio card in top-right - Tap AirPlay icon (▲📡)
Option C - From Lock Screen: - Wake your phone (don't unlock) - See now playing card - Tap AirPlay icon

To stop streaming:

Troubleshooting AirPlay¶
Device Not Appearing¶
Solutions:
- Ensure same WiFi network
- Restart AirPlay device
- Restart iPhone/iPad/Mac

Connection Issues¶
Solutions:
- Toggle WiFi off and on
- Forget and rejoin WiFi network
- Restart router
- Move closer to router

Audio Cutting Out¶

- Reduce distance between devices

Not Working in Chrome¶
This is expected! AirPlay requires Safari on iOS/Mac. Switch to Safari browser.
